Plans and billing

Status: current plan terms. The pricing page reads the current plan catalog.

This guide helps suppliers choose coverage, check usage and understand a plan change. Prices and available plans can change. The pricing page shows the current monthly and yearly prices for Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland in each market's currency, excluding VAT. If the catalog cannot be read, that page says prices are unavailable.

What a plan covers

Explore is the free starting plan. It covers a first set of products in your home market, checked daily, with no end date or payment card. Paid plans give you more capacity. Enterprise capacity and price are agreed with our team. The current plan list and each plan's included features are on the pricing page.

Capacity counts a product variant in one market for one daily check. The same variant in another market uses capacity again. Checking it more often uses more capacity. A paid plan can check a product twice daily; four checks daily require Enterprise. There is no automatic overage: existing checks continue, and new coverage waits until you free capacity or change plans.

Your brand, retailer, user and widget configuration counts do not set your plan price. Usage quotas still apply to searches, analytics events, imports, API requests and network invitations. The Billing page in supplier admin shows your assigned plan and its current limits.

Checking usage

Supplier admins and viewers can see usage on the Billing page. The API also returns the current quota status:

GET /api/v1/quota/status

The response gives each metric's used amount, limit, percentage and reset time. A limit of -1 means unlimited. Monthly quotas reset with the billing period and do not carry forward.

Coverage has its own status endpoint:

GET /api/v1/coverage

It shows covered and waiting products, active capacity, period usage, the reset time and the selected coverage mode. A product waiting for capacity is not checked or published as covered stock.

When you reach a limit

A request to add coverage beyond your plan's capacity is refused with HTTP 402 and reports the current usage, limit and requested change. Choose which products to cover, or move to a plan with more capacity. A monthly quota refusal returns HTTP 429 with a reset time. If quota state cannot be read, requests that need that check return HTTP 503; Stockisto does not guess that you are under the limit.

Changing a plan

A capacity increase takes effect at once and is prorated. A capacity decrease takes effect at the end of the paid period. If you choose a lower capacity than your current coverage, select which products stay covered; the rest stop at the end of that period. Switching from monthly to yearly at the same capacity takes effect at once. Switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Paid plans may be sold with our team or through checkout when that plan version permits it. Card checkout is not yet active. To discuss a paid plan, book a walkthrough. Retailers and installers do not pay Stockisto.

Your data stays in your account

Cancelling paid coverage does not delete your products or retailer records. Explore remains available. Coverage beyond its capacity stops at the end of the paid period.

Supplier admins can read billing status with:

GET /api/v1/billing/status

The Billing page also shows subscription status and invoices when they are available. Supplier viewers can read status and usage but cannot change a plan.
